Ground floor
The ground floor is currently furnished as a kitchen and dining room with open fireplace and unique features including exposed stonework, curved walls and unusual wooden ceiling.
First floor
This floor houses the bathroom with white three piece suite set inside its almost triangular shape. There is also a good-sized landing (which has recently been used an an office/workspace) and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Again this floor features characterful shaped walls and an attractive alcove. Heating is electic storage heaters.

Top floor
The space on this floor is currently furnsihed as a contemporary open plan lounge with wooden flooring and another feature fireplace. French doors allow access to the garden. (Yes, the garden is on the third floor.) The two-tiered garden overlooks the River Swale and gives incredible roof top views across The Green area of town and towards the National Trust owned Billy Bank Woods and the Landmark Trust's Culloden Tower. There is a small pond, fruit garden, vegetable patch and cottage-style garden which offers the residents a tranquil and secluded garden which is not overlooked and backs on to the woods surrounding Richmond Castle. The open plan room which spread across the entire dimensions of the property allows for flexible accommodation and was most recently as a studio by the artist owner of the house. It would be equally suitable as a bedroom, office, playroom, nursery, lounge or whatever and benefits from sunshine most of the day.
